About Uttaraa

Princess of Matsya, daughter of Virata and wife of Abhimanyu. Widowed at sixteen when Abhimanyu fell in the Chakravyuha, she carried the last hope of the Kuru line - her unborn son Parikshit, slain in the womb by Ashwatthama's weapon and resurrected by Krishna.
