Uluka (उलूक): Envoy of the Kauravas, one of the Kauravas in the Mahabharata. Son of Shakuni, sent on the eve of war as Duryodhana's envoy to deliver deliberately wounding taunts to the Pandavas and Krishna - the final insult before the armies met.

About Uluka
