Parikshit (परीक्षित्): Heir of the Kuru Line, a figure of the Kuru dynasty in the Mahabharata. Son of Abhimanyu and Uttaraa, killed in the womb by Ashwatthama's Brahmastra and revived by Krishna.

About Parikshit
Son of Abhimanyu and Uttaraa, killed in the womb by Ashwatthama's Brahmastra and revived by Krishna. He ruled after the Pandavas' departure until the serpent Takshaka ended his life, occasioning his son's snake sacrifice.
