About Sutasoma
The son Draupadi bore to Bhima, named for the thousand Soma sacrifices his father had performed before his birth. He fought through the war as a car-warrior of the Pandava host and on the eighteenth morning drove into the fight to rescue Nakula, who had been left on foot by Karna's sons, and gave his uncle his own chariot deck to finish the duel from. On the last night he pierced Ashwatthama with an arrow in the sleeping camp and was cut down with the sword still in his hand.
